As a part of the safety standards that we hold for our students, staff, and community, Garfield Middle School will be using metal detectors for searching bags/purses/etc. upon arrival at any school sporting event. Visitors not willing to participate in this safety measure will be denied entry to the facility. We ask guests to leave all unnecessary belongings in their vehicles or at home to ensure quick access to our events.
